One of my general principles in life is that you do not build yourself up by putting someone else down. In that context, I do not want to dwell on Governor Tom Wolf's budget proposal, but instead focus on the fiscally responsible budget passed by the House and Senate. The Republicans in Harrisburg have been hard at work and I believe it is important to remind ourselves what they are fighting for.
