Wayne Heights Animal Hospital was started in July of 1996 by Dr. Dwight Ridenour. The hospital vision was to provide quality veterinary services in an environment that also offers care and compassion to its patients and clients. It is that foundation that brought the hospital to where it is today. The hospital was purchased in July of 2007 by Drs. John and Charlene Barnes. They continue to follow the hospital vision while bringing very exciting changes to our facility. These include a state of the art digital dental imaging system used to aid in diagnosing dental disease and veterinary orthopedic manipulation that has helped many of our patients gain mobility and improve their overall health. We also offer numerous other services listed under the canine and feline services portion of our brochure. To carry on our level of service and keep aware of the ever changing developments in veterinary medicine the doctors and support staff participate in continuing education and training on a regular basis.
