Douglas A. "Buxy" Buxbaum grew up in Johnstown, PA. He, like so many others who have made Ocean City their home, started out here working seasonally in the summers while attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), from which he graduated with a degree in business.
Buxy's early Ocean City gigs included working at The Purple Moose Saloon, Brass Balls Saloon, Shenanigans Irish Pub and Grille, Bull on the Beach, and M.R. Ducks.
