The Neighborhoods at St. Elizabeth is a unique community specializing in a comprehensive array of personalized rehabilitation and nursing services. Through compassionate individualized care, our goal is to put autonomy back into the hands of the Elders we serve enabling each individual to achieve his or her highest potential. Elders are intimately involved in creating tailored programs and are supported through the talents of our specially trained staff. In addition to focusing on the medical needs of Elders, the staff at St. Elizabeth are also passionate about providing holistic care by attending to spiritual and emotional needs as well.
