Wilde Lake Village Center is located in Columbia, Maryland between Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. The center, which is currently undergoing a redevelopment, is a mixed-use project including residential rental units (approximately 240 units), 30,000 SF of office space, 41,000 SF of retail, and 20,000 SF of restaurants. The redevelopment includes attractive covered walking paths, outdoor seating areas, and community space. Landscaping is proposed throughout the center to enhance the existing vegetation, along with various hardscapes, including stamped concrete walkways and crosswalks, and impervious paver parking spaces. Upon completion, Wilde Lake will be a LEED certified project. The new David’s Market  is a new and larger facility, featuring a contemporary interior floor plan with an interior/exterior café.
