Maryland Relay was established in 1991 to serve Marylanders who have difficulty using a standard telephone. We provide a vast array of solutions to meet the diverse needs of our State, including: Calling Options If you, or a loved one, is Deaf, hard of hearing, late-deafened, Deaf-Blind, or has cognitive, mobility or speech difficulty, Maryland Relay offers many free calling options that enable you to make and receive calls.
